A subprocessor that supports Argyle's Document OCR functionality has scheduled a maintenance window involving planned downtime. This maintenance is part of a mandatory infrastructure upgrade intended to maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the service.
Maintenance window details:
Start: Saturday, July 11, 2026, 9:30 PM CDT End: Sunday, July 12, 2026, 1:30 AM CDT Duration: Up to 4 hours
During this window, Document OCR processing may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. All other Argyle services and connections are expected to remain fully operational. We recommend planning any OCR-dependent activities around this window to minimize disruption.
